Bootz Baby

Larissa 'Bootz' Aurora releases first baby picture on her Twitter

bootz
Anticipation mounts (for me anyways) as Larissa 'Bootz' Aurora's baby girl is due in just 6 days time.

To recall how she looked before her pregnancy, go to Cutie Central...

Random pictures for a random day.
Kelly Jay (Beautuful, FOL2) looks great as usual, Larissa (Bootz FOL2, Charm School) looks like a praying-mantis, Shay's weave needs to match her roots, Sister Patterson (ILNY) looking like hot-sex and Bettie (Nibblz, FOL2) looks perfect.
Sister P better not fall asleep in my bed; that's all I am sayin'.

Mediatakeout sinks to a new low with an article based on the suggestion by an "insider" that New York is possibly addicted to cocaine (total nonsense)

SandraRose.com has full pictorial coverage of Neyo's birthday party. Among the invited guests were Deelishis (Flavor of Love 2) and Shay Johnson (FOL2, Charm School)

Dr.Hottie has Bonez (ILNY 1) weekly recap of 'I Love New York 2'

The Charm must have worn off because we have almost exclusive video of Shay and Larissa putting the hammer down on Charm School Principal, Mo'Nique. I almost died when Larissa says all Mo'Nique did was pimp them and sit there and eat doughnuts all day.
Here's the first video from the Fox Reality Awards (airing October 13th on FOX, of course)

The second video has Shay and Larissa explaining why they stole the photo and what they knew and didn't know that makes their stealing it not as evil as it was portrayed. (did that make sense? I hope so)
Lookout for Shay, who for once in her life has a decent lace-front and has finally found a proper hair color. (aren't I stupid? You would have seen that on the first video, lol.)

Credit to Rain (I think he's linked in the right sidebar. So Rain, message Q or whomever else and have them link you please because I really need to go)
Cheers

Black Rican sent me this picture of Bootz (Flavor of Love, Charm School) for y'all to...do something with, I guess.
He got it from Cutie Central, which is like the greatest site ever, for pictures of beautiful black women. (you can view the rest of the picture by clicking on the small of her back) Bootz can be seen in the October 2007 issue of Smooth Magazine.

Larissa_at_the_Charm_School_Reunion (BlackPressMagazine.com) - Just 48 hours after the Charm School Reunion show aired, Larissa "Bootz" Hodge Aurora says she's had enough - of herself.

Bootz, who gained international celebrity status when she appeared on VH1's "Flavor of Love2" starring former rap star Flavor Flav, angered many with her appearance on the spin-off show,"Charm School." But, it was her "performance" on the Charm School Reunion on July 9 that caused fed-up Americans to speak out against the otherwise beautiful star.

Now Bootz says she's ready to change.

In a bulletin sent to Black Press Magazine and other friends of Bootz on MySpace dated July 10 and time stamped at 6:42 p.m., Larissa says she's "...not a Bitch no more!"

The starlet goes on to say, "I am a new and improved Larissa. I noticed that walking about being a bitch to everybody ain't bringing me nowhere so I'ma change and stop being a bitch", said Bootz.

So what made the hard-nosed star change her mind? Ironically, Larissa says seeing herself on TV made her realize that it was time for a change.

"I've been watching Charm School on my own time and I'm always picking on somebody and being a Bully! This 'motha-fucka' has changed into being a nice little angel, lol. Thanks to Mo' who talked with me this morning and told me to give it a shot."

But if you think you the "new and improved" Bootz will be a push over, you'd better think again.

"If someone is trying to betray me or start something I will get back into being a Bitch and tell you off, mad quick. Just like I told off Leilene at the Club. That's just an example of how it will be. But I'ma be a nice and sweet Larissa. I luv y'all," she said.

Some may not believe that Bootz can change but many people are pulling for her.
"I really couldn't stand her character on TV," said DC Livers, managing editor for Black Press Magazine who interviewed Bootz on BlackPressRadio.com. "I was really nervous about interviewing her for fear we'd have an exchange like she and Mo'Nique did on the Charm School Reunion. But she came across as someone who's been hurt a lot, had to fight a lot for a lot of things and in the end I was hopeful that she had gotten a bad rap on the show and was committed to changing," said Livers.

"The Charm School Reunion was a gigantic disappointment to me because I really put myself on the line by interviewing the [Charm School] girls, but seeing this posting restores my hope that Bootz will be able to change her life. She's clearly talented so I truly hope that she'll find a way to accept her position as a role model and show the world the Larissa that we never got to see on TV."

Fans reacted strongly for and against Larissa's behavior and offered words of advice to the star during a special podcast interview with BlackPressRadio.com recapping the reunion. To hear the fan reactions, visit http://www.blackpressradio.com and search keyword: "Bootz" or "Larissa."

Omarosa-BET-Awards

I assume that's the place you hang-out to receive the swag. Don't know if the BET Awards stunts like that, but they gave away stuff like free LASIK surgery, free Botox treatment, spas and a gold-plated citrus reamer (a gold-plated what?) at the 2007 Oscars.
Anyways, among the guests were Saaphyri and Larissa (Charm School) and Omarosa (I Love New York)

LARISSA-SPEAKS-TO-ESSENCE-MAGAZINELarissa spoke to Kenya Byrd (odd name that) at Essence Magazine and boy is it a good interview. I can only imagine what it would be like if Larissa agrees to sit down for an hour on The Elle Word. (today's guest was Pootie)

I won't re-publish the interview here but I will give you one excerpt which will certainly pique your interest (and this ain't even the most controversial, you need to read what she said about Mo'Nique)

Whoa, okay. Well why'd you and your friend Shay have a falling out?

First of all, Shay and I are not friends. In fact, I don't even know her and the only reason Shay told everyone she was my friend was because she knows my fan base is large. So she figured, let me hang with Bootz because she'd get more screen time. There were a lot of things cut out of the episode that proved that Shay had a problem with me. If she was my friend, why would you try to clown me during the debate team challenge and the Leilene situation?

You know the answer before was like lava when the interviewer begins a question with "whoa"
Read Larissa Bootz Aurora's interview with Essence magazine in its entirety.

Thanks to Shawn; and Charreah at Essence Magazine for drawing it to my attention (I would love to be Charreah's significant other just to be able to pronounce her name multiple times per day.)
I wonder if it's pronounced "Cherry" or "Chariah" as in Maria?

Oh Damn!
Oh Dear!
Oh My!
Oh Shit!

This Friday, The Elle Word will be off the hook. Can you believe Pumkin and Saaphyri?

larissa-wining-on-Mr.Boston

Larissa looking extra thick, mad pretty and super fly.
And for all the haters, that's not a gut; that's known as a sexy-belly. Men love that shit.
The poor jeans is just begging for mercy.

Mr. Boston doesn't look too bad. No comment on the other chick.

Is this a clue to the Final 2 on Charm School?
Way back on March 21st, Larissa Bootz Aurora uploaded this picture to her site.
What do you think?

Means nothing, most likely; but I have nothing to write about save for that one thing I can't write about.

bootz-cusses-radio-callerThis is Part3 of the video and audio we've presented to you of Larissa 'Bootz' Aurora's interview on K-DAY 93.5FM
All I can tell you is don't let the kids hear this one because Bootz goes off on the caller. I am not picking sides but Bootz does come across a bit declasse.

Larissa Bootz Aurora: a 'fakewannabeblackperson'

I doubt that word will enter the lexicon, but you never know...
That and more on this 2 minute interview hosted on TMZ.com (do I even need to link these guys?)

I've been reacquainting myself with the Charm School contestants. I won't lie; I never bothered with them after the show ended (save for Buckwild, Nibblz, Nibblz, Deelishis and Somethin)
That's just the way it goes, I guess. I used them for internet traffic and moved on to another show.
It'd serve me right if they ignore me when I harass them for Charm School stories. Hopefully they're bigger than that...

Anyways, I was hanging out at Bootz' My Space and I saw her calendar with the name Larissa Aurora. I always thought her surname was Hodge?
Not that interesting I know, but clicking on the picture will take you to her interview with Platform-Launch-Action....
