The Q. loves food which explains the 10 to 20 pounds I could lose. Loving to eat, I've never taken the advice of a food critic. Why? Well because when one thinks about it a food critic's job is to tear apart food. They are looking for mistakes. When I bite into a meal, I am looking to savor the flavor.

As Steups explained in his recap, the 'Flavor of Love 3' beezys had a restuarant challenge. Mr. Schindler criticized Bunz's gumbo as too salty. Bunz has an opinion on the food critic's take on her gumbo:

JUST FOR THE RECORD MY GUMBO WASNT TOO SALTY IT WAS OFF THE HOOK...IM FROM THE SOUTH & WE COOK WIT A LOT OF SEASONING, THAT CRITIC WAS FULL OF SHIT THE GIRLS IN THE HOUSE ATE THE WHOLE POT & BEGGED ME TO COOK ANOTHER ONE THE NEXT DAY...WHICH I DID CUZ I LUV TOO COOK & IM A SWEETHART!!!! ALSO GRAYVEE FRIED THE CHICKEN AFTER SINCERES DRUNK ASS BURNT THE FIRST BATCH...SO THATS THE WAY IT REALLY WENT DOWN....STAY TUNED I WILL KEEP YALL POSTED WITH WHAT REALLY HAPPENED ON THE SHOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A salty Qmoment!

Steups is alive and well. I think Courtney a.k.a. Tik's butt brought him out of seclusion. Thank God for big butts. Steups mentioned he won't be writing this week's recap of 'Flavor of Love 3'. I doubt I'll be writing it either. Not that I wouldn't love to for you all; but hey I am only one person with a productive life. The Blogspot is very familiar with the fact many of the reality celebs cruise by looking for information & to check what we are blogging about. However, most do their drive-bys quietly. Peechee & Savanna of 'Flavor of Love 3' both dropped by and made their presence known. We thank you ladies for taking the time to comment alongside our readers. Earlier I mentioned Courtney. Well this post is about another Courtnay, the one & only Bunz of 'Flavor of Love 3'.

The Spanish & French beauty is the proud mother of two sons. Courtnay a.k.a. Bunz of 'Flavor of Love 3' was raised in southern Louisana. Bunz relocated her family in 2005 from a small town to Houston, Texas in order to give them better opportunities. Besides loving the opportunities H-Town provides her; she equally enjoys it's bangin' night life. Currently' Bunz is continuing her education in Cardiovascular Ultrasound. (Get your edjumakayshon girl! We ain't mad at you.) Besides continuing her education, the November born Scorpio dibbles & dabbles in modeling & hopefully acting soon. She loves the south for it's good people & food. Cajun & seafood are among her favorites. She adulates anything southern. Bunz isn't a stranger in the kitchen. She can throw down, thanks to her mother & grandmother. All the 'Flavor of Love 3' beezy needs is onions, garlic & bell pepper to make up something yummy. Gumbo, jambalaya, pepper steak with rice & gravy, fried seafood and potato salad are just small sample of dishes in Bunz' recipe arsenal. What about hot crossed buns?

The aspiring actress is genuine, honest and open minded. She is accepting of others and their views. Bunz is loyal to the core and will do anything for her friends. Like many southern folk, she knows how to have a good time. The single mother is often the life of the party. There is a dark side to her; controlling & bossy are admitted personality traits. Oh and if you are going out on the town, patience is necessary. It takes Bunz forever and a day to get ready.

A trip down memory lane Bunz remembers a summer on lock down. When she was younger, Bunz would sneak her boyfriend in her bedroom on a regular basis through a window. All that sneaking stopped when her dad caught the two. He did what any smart father would do. He nailed the windows shut & she wasn't allowed to leave the house all summer long. If she got to check the mail she was lucky. Her father lost his battle with cancer in 2oo2. In 2000, Bunz' homemaker mother suffered a brain injury in a serious car accident. Her mother is doing better. After these two devastating blows, Bunz took her younger sister into her home to raise her for a couple of years; until she moved out on her own. Her parents instilling values of respect, independence & going for your dreams stay with her to this day.

Flavor Flav caught Bunz' interest with his big heart & lust for life. The fact he isn't afraid to be himself is a big turn on. So when the opportunity to compete for Flavor Flav's heart came along; she went for it. Flavor Flav and Bunz both seem to enjoy life to the fullest. Will it be enough for Bunz to be the last Flavorette standing? Let's watch 'Flavor of Love 3' to see if Bunz gets the final clock or custom made grill. Even if she doesn't make it to the end, it'll be okay. Word in blog world is many a men would love to warm up to Bunz' buns. Don't miss VH1's hit show, 'Flavor of Love 3' @ 9pm on Mondays.

A bakery Qmoment!

The Q. is tired. *yawns Thanks to Anonymous @ 12:42pm, Vh1 & Shawn y'all get to see all of the women of 'Flavor of Love 3'. Please be kind, these are not the most flattering pictures of the newest batch of 'Flavor of Love 3' women. I've known most of their identities for months. And I've seen many of them in all their pictorial glory. No offense to the VH1 photographers, but daaaaaamn they remind me of those Elementary School photographers who made your parents pay before they saw your God awful school pictures. In my particular school photographer's case, I was an ugly duckling. No amount of skill could've save the outcome of my 4th grade picture.

I really would like to elaborate on each of the 'Flavor of Love 3' beezys but I am ill with a twist of sick. So this introduction of the 20 Flavorettes will be short and to the point. *wonders why we don't call the 'Rock of Love 2' beezys Rockettes?

Bee-Ex is a street wise IT consultant. Also known as T'wana she is from Wappingers Falls, NY & admits to being selfish @ times.
Bunz is a small town sweety who lives in Spring, Texas. Y'all know Elle is going to love her.

Dymz is a Criminal Justice major. The ATL resident didn't go on 'Flavor of Love 3' to make friends. She held it down during online voting as Mz Top Notch (10,991 votes).

EL is a hyper, fast & rude latina who grew up in New York. Grayve lives in Holcomb, MS. The real estate company owner plans on winning Flavor Flav over with her fried chicken & gravy.

Hotlanta is a Dental Assistant residing in Marietta, GA. She is intimidated by loud, aggressive people. ( And she auditioned for 'Flavor of Love 3'?!!!!)

Ice a.k.a. DJ Paris is Michigan all the waaay baby! The blond bombshell can rock the hell out of orange shorts.

Myammee is a multi-ethnic model. As Ice she is also a Hooters' waitress. She is a FAMU graduate to boot.

Peechee is an absolute sweet peach. She gets along with everybody. We interviewed Peachy Christa during the online competition. She received over 8,000 votes. Click here or her name to read her Blogspot interview.

Prancer is the daughter of a Reverend. Also known as Mercedes, skinny black men turn her on. (Narrow @ssed Jordanian men turn me on.)

Q-Tee sports a grill & 13 tattoos. The Texan is of Haitian & Mexican decent. Anyone with Q in their name rocks in my world. LOL!

Rayna is repping Christ all day & night. Also a Hooters' waitress, she's hope to find a man in touch with his spirituality. (Why am I feeling Hooters is a sponsor?) An online competitor she received 4th place with 9,550 votes.

Savanna is a thick beauty from the BRONX! She'll lie, cheat & steal ... if she has to.... We had the pleasure of interviewing this 3rd place (10,876 Votes) online winner on The ELLE Word.

Seezinz is from Cheltenham, MD. The slender beauty admits to having Chaetophobia- Fear of hair. (WTF?!) She also is intimidated by overweight people.

Shore-Tee a.k.a. Sexy Angie is the online winner folks with 13,512 votes. She's gorgeous young woman. We use to share the same eStalker. LOL!

Shy is from Chicago, IL. The preacher's daughter holds a high opinion of herself. She believes she is a masterpiece. (Are we talking 'Girl with A Pearl Earring' or K.C. BBQ sauce?)

Sinceer grew up in Vista, AZ & now lives in San Diego, CA. She doesn't take sh!t from anyone. (Something about her face reminds me of Deelishis.)

Thing 1 is Latrisha the skinny twin. (I think.) Her ex was 21 years her senior with 12 children.

Thing 2 is the thicker twin. Her name is Latresha... *sighs (Y'all these two are going to confuse the hell out of me!)

Tik is an on-air Radio Personality for 104.1 KRBE. She admits to being obsessed with watches. This picture does her ZERO justice.

The last lady who I had to hunt down sick is Saint Louis a.k.a. Skye. Saint Louis is a salon manager/ hair stylist who doesn't indulge in alcohol. Rumor has it that this isn't her first attempt trying to get @ Flavor Flav. But I am not sure due to a bad memory. I think this is Saint Louis but don't bet your last $$$ on it. Whoever she is or isn't Skye is working the hell out of that bikini.Remember 'Flavor of Love 3' premieres February 11th @ 9pm on VH1. Yes, it's a Monday folks!
