What began as a light-hearted interview turned into a discourse on African-Americans and particularly, African-Americans on the VH-1 reality shows.

i should seriously call into the Elle Word sometime. Our phone convo way overdue! or u can just gimme ur private number and i call u since i never seem to catch the Elle Word show live.
Reality show is not about uplifitng people, it is about ratings. If I want to see something other than people acting an ass, VH1 is not it.
