It could be the position of her hands; but the bottom line is I don't see NO RING!
Before my haters start to fill the comments box with the theory that the picture was taken before the finale was aired. My sources have confirmed it was taken after April 2nd. Hey it may be nothing. Well I've seen some couture pieces that were not 'wild, crazy and over the top'. Usually that is for the runway. However, the millionaires and billionaires that order the pieces they liked ...in a 'more wearable version'.
The fact that the dress wasn't over the top, isn't my reason for thinking it isn't couture. It could very well be a designer piece. It could've been custom made for her. I honestly don't know. The couture bells just didn't ring ...in my opinion.

Atelier Versace may be making a comeback because they're still making haute couture but it's closed to the public. Only celebs can buy those gowns and wear them.

Yeah, there are two kinds of couture. There are clothes that are well fit and made specifically for the clients. And then there is 'Haute Couture' these clothes are hand sewn like you said from the fabric, material and everything. These clothes take months to make and when they are made only celebs can get them or people with lots of money. Haute Couture is made with high quality fabrics from all over the world. Most of it is found in west Asia. Europe gets most of there fabrics from there.
