This Sunday night’s (April 15, 2007) premieres of "Charm School," "I Love New York Reunion Special" and "The Springer Hustle" catapulted VH1 to its third highest-rated day ever in the network’s history. Sunday night’s 10PM series premiere of "Flavor of Love Girls: Charm School starring Mo’Nique" debuted with a 2.8 P18-49 rating, making it the #1 program on basic cable for the night (4/15) in the 18-49 demo and in total viewers. The telecast also scored as VH1’s highest rated series premiere ever. The premiere episode, in which Mo’Nique was introduced to her 13 pupils, averaged 5.1 million total viewers. "Flavor of Love Girls: Charm School starring Mo’Nique" features favorites from seasons one and two of "Flavor of Love." Under Mo’Nique’s tutelage, the ladies are trained in proper etiquette and have their social skills challenged to test their self-confidence, composure and grace. The one left standing will receive a $50,000 prize. The "I Love New York Reunion" special, which premiered at 9PM, scored a series high 2.8 rating in the 18-49 demo -- +12% higher than the season finale on April 2. The special ranked as the #2 show on all of basic cable for the day (4/15). The reunion special, which left New York jilted for the third time after Tango dumped her, averaged 5 million total viewers. On Sunday (4/15) and Monday (4/16) video streams on VH1.com for the two franchises hit 1.4 million. A majority of the streams were from exclusive "extras" from both shows. i agree with stephen and the reason i did not really like the first episode of charm school because they were all being conceited and thinkin there great when none of them are actually better then Newyork.
