Smooth Girl magazine celebrated their most recent cover girl, Deelishis (Flavor of Love 2) last week and Concrete Loop has the pictures to prove it actually happened. Deelishis wore a pair of her Deelishis Jeans™ (I assume) and it fit her like New York's engagement ring.

pelau is a trini-dish (though not really) that consists of rice,peas and chicken (or beef, or both) cooked together and served like that.
In other words the peas and meat are added to the rice and not served separately

Morning Meale (waves)
Shawn - Peleau is a mixture of stew meat (chicken or beef or what ever is your liking), u cut the meat up really small and u stew it with dried pegion peas (that has been pressured in a pressure cooker until soft) you mix it up with the stew meat, add some carrots etc and coconut milk (if u wish)[the milk not the water u drink from the coconut, you get d milk from either grating the shelled dried coconut or blending it or purchasing the powdered version].
So u have your milk, meat, carrots and peas then u add rice and some water and cover it down until the rice is cooked and there is no more water in d pot. Dont forget your seasoning for flavour/flavor.
When finished u serve with coleslaw and Kuchila (Steups did I spell it right)?
