For those of you who don't know; Quanda was looking forward to 'Charm School' way more than 'I Love New York'. The idea of getting to see more of the 'Flavor of Love' ladies intrigued me. Could VH-1 pull off the impossible and refine some of these ladies? Though I still don't know why Goldie is there. Yes she puked. But haven't we all puked once in our lifetime from drinking too much. (I haven't but I did strip down to a orange bikini and dance on table tops in Cabos. Oh and I did drink shots of Wild Turkey and then B-52's....and proceeded to sing a love song to some strange man and then cry for 5 minutes hysterically.) Nope not all of us have puked. Puking isn't really that bad when you think about it.

GEEZUS...why is my little one stuffing baby wipes in her pull-ups? Why people?! Why? What am I writing about? Yeah, don't quite know why Goldie is in 'Charm School' because I find her quite charming.

On the other hand, I know why some of them are there. Who deserves to be there more than Saaphyri? I can't think of a soul besides maybe Toastee, Bootz, Like Dat, Rain, Buckwild and New York. New York could have definitely used some etiquette courses. Back to Saaphyri ...the woman who created my second all time favorite Reality TV classic moment. Thoughts of the H-Town beat down cause me to laugh right now. Damn! Saaphyri did you have to take her out like that? Did you love those flowers that much? So I requested an interview with the woman we have come to know as Saaphyri The Fighter. She said sure right away and then asked, "How do I know this is the real Quanda?" Folks for some reason that stumped the hell out of me. How does one prove who they are to a stranger? Whatever I typed worked and this sister (me) was very thankful. Because Saaphyri and I aren't so different in our thought processes.

Looking back, how do you feel about beating up H-Town?
You know things happen. You just have to move on.

If you could push the rewind button and do it all over again ...would the situation go down differently?
No, it would've still happened. H-Town was aggressive and ...yeah things would've still happened the same way. ( I fell out laughing on this answer.)

What type of chap stick do you use?
A new brand ...it's really great. It keeps your lips really moisturized. Your lips will be very kissable. ( I am thinking I need some of this stuff ...like now.) *licks very chapped lips

What's it like growing up 54th and Crenshaw?
It's great. You know on certain days you have massive cars driving down the strip. Mens and friends ... people are straight up with you. If someone doesn't like you, you don't worry about it because you know it. People tell you how it is ...no fakeness. I love it!

How long have you been doing hair?
Since I was 12 years old. I started out doing individuals and then french braids. And basically started to do weaves.

Guurl ...I am a cosmetologist too. And I started out with individuals also.
Girl that's how most of us started out! Braiding up your dolls and Barbies. But braiding Barbie's hair was a little hard because of her plugs of hair.

You are quite funny. I realize 'Charm School' is just beginning. So mums the word on a lot of stuff ....however name two girls you truly get along with.
Bootz, she's like a lil' sister. And Buckwild even though her split personalities be crackin'. Just call me Dr. Saaphyri. ( This woman is too funny!)

Now name two that irritate your soul.
Really can't name two because I don't remember them. If you irritate my soul and I don't like you, I don't deal with you. I forget about you and keep it moving. I don't have time to think about b@tches I don't like. ( I heard that!)

What were your thoughts on Thela a.k.a Rain The Screamer going home on the very first show?
She needed to go home. Quanda she didn't want to carry no food up the hill. But she hopping up and down stairs in high heels. She has an Achilles' heel injury and then she don't. What is it? Crying over a can opener because she couldn't eat. She could've shared our food if she had carried some up. I mean ...she couldn't carry a pack of hot dogs? She better learn how to take care of herself because no one else is going to take care of her. If she would've carried some food up like others, she would've ate instead fooling with that can opener.

What are your thoughts on the white guy?
What white guy?

You know that white guy ...the judge. I can't recall his name ...my bad.
*Saaphyri laughs. Oh you can tell Keith comes from a privileged life. $5o,ooo to him is like $2. He don't understand how much that money can mean to someone. He don't get it. And I don't get him. He's on a different plane.

What are your thoughts on Mikki Taylor?
She's a very nice woman, ...nice lady. Mikki has such a positive outlook on things. And you start having a positive outlook too.

Mikki Taylor inspires me. She is very positive. And guurl ...she has some awesome beauty advice. You need check out Essence. I can't miss an issue.
I am going to ask Mikki to hook me up with a subscription. *We both laugh.

While we are on a roll ...your opinion on Monique?
I like her too. She's very funny. Monique was tough on us somethings. And if the goal was to change us they needed someone who was strong enough to check us. Someone who understands us. If they had pick someone else ...we would've probably ran all over them. Have no respect for them. Monique was the right choice and I have a lot of respect for her. Oh and her cookbook is actually one I like. A lot of times you get cookbooks and try out the recipes and they ain't good. But Monique's Cookbook is one of my favorites.

What's a recipe you like in her cookbook?
The greens' recipe is good.


What's your favorite greens? I like Collards.
I like Collards. But I like my greens mixed Collards and Mustards.

You make hot water cornbread?
Yes, I make hot water cornbread. I love to cook. My greens are off the chain. And my fried chicken is bananas.

Guurl, don't tell me you haven't heard the rumors. Where have you been hiding?
I am kidding. What do I want to say here? Tan is a cool friend of mine. And as friends who like one another we have hugged. And the hugs tell me he is working with a lot more than 2 inches. ( I am thinking those are some good hugs.)

Well I'll say. Tell me what you walked away with emotionally from your ' Charm School' experience?
A new outlook on life. In the house something spiritual was happening. I can't go into detail because of future episodes. So it' s hard to explain. I have no words to explain it. The experience was just something different ...wow ... yeah different.
