New York has Saline Breast Implants and they are only a month old that's why they look that way. As time goes on (4 - 6 more months) her implants will be begin to drop and the swelling will be gone by then. It will look much better so just give her some time.
She was so excited about her new boobs that she didn't take the doctor's advice about taking it easy and wearing her chest strap at least 12 - 18 hours a day to help push the implants down.
It looks crazy now because they are brand spanking new and she is still swelled from the surgery.
