The New York Times had a fantastic article on I Love New York and Tiffany 'New York' Pollard a fortnight ago.
Yeah I am late with it but it's still interesting reading because it doesn't linger on the usual criticism that I Love New York is the death of television and African-American culture.

Instead you'll find passages like...

And seeing through New York’s eyes is surprisingly easy. Her way of talking, especially when she’s not in the fullest feather of cuckoo narcissism, is so brazenly inflected and jammed with unexpected insights that it makes every woman who’s ever appeared on "The Bachelor" and "The Bachelorette" look barely sentient.

The article was written by Virginia Heffernan (who was kind enough to respond to me) an you can find it in the New York Times online.

I'll be back with a picture of New York, her dad and a couple of her brothers.

Hey Quanda, steups, and everyone else! Yeah, my visit has been long overdue.
I have been extremely busy lately that I don't check in as often as I'd like to. I've been keeping busy, but it still doesn't seem to matter because the work keeps piling up like a bottomless pit that it seems I am always behind no matter what :(
On top of that, I have been dealing with unnecessary drama in my life (no romantic issues, thank God. Been staying single and loving it), but without going to further deals, it's been quite a roller coaster. My 2007 year hasn't started as smoothly as I'd like it to, but that's life I guess. What can u do about it?
Anyways, I just wanted to drop in to let u guys know I am still alive and kicking, although I doubt u guys are that worried about me. hahhaaha! - Sanyo

    REFRESH YOUR BROWSER.

I am still waiting on permission from her brother for the picture because the last time he took me to online court, lol.

If he doesn't answer in the next hour I'll use them anyway and place a call to my attorney Mercedes Colwin...The breathtakingly hot Mercedes Colwin

    LOL@ Sanyo

I wasn't worried per say. I just missed your presence. Disappointed to learn the year didn't start out smoothly for you. I hope things get better. I am an advocate for staying single until you are ready to settle down. And if you never become....stay single forever. I actually miss my single days...somedays.

WOw, the Mighty New York Times reports on this "Must See Coonery".

I am proposing that all real thugs (which I am the furthest thing from) file a class action defamation of character and slander suit against Chance and NY. I have not been to Syracuse recently, but I know they have a ghetto and some true thugs. Chance is no thug, but alooudmouth who drins too mucha nd runs his mouth to gullible folk like Boston.

Chance is about as thug as Cisco.

  16. FOL // 28/1/07 5:52 PM

    Lmao...Chance is middle-class.
He and his brother don't know a damn thing about the ghetto

  17. Anonymous // 28/1/07 6:10 PM

chance is softer than baby shit
