I love New York casting tapes
From what I've heard, those VH1/MTV executives who sleep at nights covered by balance sheets and stock their libraries with check books, omitted the Reunion Show from the "Flavor of Love 'Second Season' DVD".
Or maybe my friend Taylor is just desperately unlucky. Her DVD includes Episodes 1-11 and 'extras'. The "extras" are the Special Features that were all previously shown on the V-Spot (the tampon with poo in the shower, their casting tapes, Krazy singing, New York being New York, the shower scene with Deelishis and Flav, etc)
There is no reference to, or explanation for, the Reunion Special not being there.
I hope Taylor didn't buy a bootleg copy off of that guy on Fulton Street because that dude is copyright's worst enemy. But if she hasn't, and her copy is legitimate, then why buy the DVD at all?
We watch the Show, we buy the DVDs; we deserve better. The executive producers, Abrego, Cronin and Samek better beware because The Blogspot is on their ass and we don't play that...
They better sort it out right quick before I make them say hello to my little friends (Enter the Dragon and Queen Bitch jr)

While it is a shame that the reunion is not on the DVD, i'm not that torn. I attended the actual reuinion and am laughing at the fact you all wanted the UNCUT version. Damn, it was NEARLY a ten hour process. There's no possible way that they could put the uncut reuinion on ANYTHING Except a dvd of it's own. Even then it would need it's own box set. Watching back on television though, I was extremely disappointed as to how they edited it. Most of the good stuff was left out!!

Do I want to see the uncut version still....yes I do. Or an uncut version that isn't cut for TV/Cable. Professional editors know what I am typing about. My Thanksgiving was actually very good. I ate 3 slices of German Chocolate Cake from Neldam's in Oakland, CA. For those of you who don't know they make the best GCC that I've ever tasted. And their Butter Cakes aren't no joke either.

Well I've rambled on quite enough. I'm a little upset with this Groovy vacation situation. I imagine I'll get over it. I am still on the fence about watching 'I LOVE NEW YORK'. I really didn't tune in to see her FOL or FOL2. I tuned in to see various women compete for Flavor Flav's affections. She happened to one of them. And honestly I was disappointed when she appeared on FOL2, not enough to stop watching of course.
