Black America on VH1....exploitation or opportunity?

The_Elle_Word_Radio_ShowLast night after Darra cut short her interview after a heated exchange with a caller, things got very serious in the chat-room.
What began as a light-hearted interview turned into a discourse on African-Americans and particularly, African-Americans on the VH-1 reality shows.

Well, because you asked for it and because we are ratings whores, The Elle Word Show will discuss the issue tonight at 7pm EST.

    Reality show is not about uplifitng people, it is about ratings. If I want to see something other than people acting an ass, VH1 is not it.
