First?
ReplyDeleteYay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And?
ReplyDeleteAnd I'm first
ReplyDeleteThat's just it. I haven't been in a long time so bugger off and stop trying to steal my sunshine
what's wrong with you? Your attitude has been "blah", of late
ReplyDeleteI want to change the blog design...colours first.
ReplyDeleteAny ideas?
Big deal, so she'll be on The Elle Word, again. I'm certainly not going to waste either my money or time listening or trying to talk to Larissa's stupid-azz. I also don't want to hear Gabrielle toss softballs, ramble, and suck-up to the guests as she always seems to do.
ReplyDeleteThat's a departure because you certainly wasted time on televisionwithoutpity.com debating whether she issued a bulletin or not.
ReplyDeleteSo what's your point, Steups? My comment referenced The Elle Word's upcoming interview of Larissa. I'm still going to post opinions whether it's on TWOP or any other forum where I'm registered and desire to do so. I'll read any recaps of the interview that I come across; I'm just not going to listen or call into The Elle Word, especially when its namesake is hosting because Gabrielle rambles, only asks softball questions, and seemingly, at least to me, sucks-up to all the guests.
ReplyDeleteWhat would be a hardball question to Larissa?
ReplyDeleteThat's about 58 minutes longer than I need.
ReplyDeleteSteups?
ReplyDeleteI've been out of pocket for a couple of days and I have read the comments on the front page and can't find an answer to this question?
What was said to Dara that made her cut the interview short?
Colors for the blog design? Make it Pink and Green. Not kidding. Although this will be unanswered as all of my comments are.
ReplyDeleteAhmm (rolls-eyes at Jorundi)
ReplyDeleteA guy named Rod (39yr old HS teacher from New Jersey) got into it with her about the way the black-women behaved on the show.
His point was America stereotype all blakcs based on one black so african-american women need to be aware of that. Darra seemed to think he was coming at her -he wasn't- and she got a lil heated.
What ought to have been an hour-long interview ended after 30mins
Bubo, whatcha need those 2 mins for?
ReplyDeleteBecause I see you are in the Shay camp now.
Jermyne honestly u can keep yo comment and yo opinion. As a host I don't DISRESPECT my guests because I don't pay them to do my show. I don't do this show to get paid, I do it for experience. I don't need your approval of what I do. The reason we allow people to call in is to ask the questions that they want to know tha I DON'T ask. So I'mma keep running The Elle Word, ELLE'S WAY and when u get a show u can run it yours, but RESPECT is what i was raised with and is what I will show. To Heaven with u and yo opinion of my show.
ReplyDeleteThanks
ReplyDeleteGabrielle, I don't have to keep opinions and comments to myself since readers are invited to comment on this blogspot. Please try to calm down. You don't need my approval to run your show as you please; I never assumed that you did; but likewise, I don't need either your permission or approval to express my opinions either. I don't post here much, but maybe Steups will ban me since you're so sensitive. You continue to do your thing, Gabrielle. Good luck and may God bless you.
ReplyDeleteThats all i needed to hear. He won't ban u cause it ain't that serious. But some of u people seem to take my show for sumthin that it ain't. If u want controversy, listen to Wendy William's and Ms. Jones. I'm not about that. Do you know how young I am? I would never disrespect these people by making them look dumb on my show. If they can leave me show saying 'I would do this again', thats all I need. This ain't no national syndicated radio show. This is BLOG TALK, The site for the no name hosts to get experience. Understand that.
ReplyDeleteu people?
ReplyDeleteIn my 58 years living in all parts of Texas, each and every time I hear the term "you people" it has always been spoken by people with power to people without power.
ReplyDeleteAnother term would probably be better than that condescending term. How about you all (Texas term) or you guys (SoCal term) or youse guys (NY city)...anything but "you people".
Words have meaning and can be used to elevate or deflate.
i live in texas
ReplyDeleteThen "you all" or "y'all" would be much better than "you people" or even "u people". That's condescending (talking down) to people and really isn't necessary in this forum. It only causes hurt feelings and resentment. Why do that when you can respect people and speak to them as equals?
ReplyDeleteHaving the weight of an entire race on the shoulders of a 22 year old is unfair, although that is how it may be to some people. She is an ass by and for herslf, not for the 7 million or so black women in America.
ReplyDeleteHmmmm interesting.........
ReplyDeleteJust because u took what i said as that don't meant its' what i meant. i meant the couple of people who think that The Elle Word is the number one radio show on VH1 or some other network that matters. If don't apply to u don't worry about it. Just like u said, u from texas and u talk a certain way, I don't talk like u and I ain't ever took a black girl saying 'u people' as her having power over them, so thats just your opinion
ReplyDeleteShe scares me !
ReplyDeleteThis is the first elimination show I have seem were
ReplyDeleteA contestant said they were not leaving (a historical TV moment) and stayed on the show base on willpower (that was very impressing), Tiffany seems like a very interesting women, too bad she got so drunk on the first night on the show, but I think it was worth giving her a chance to show how she is when she is not drunk .Tiffany is one of the mosting intresting character I have seen recently on a TV show.
